After recently passing the Land Transfer Tax and some other
tax,
we find out that the City of Toronto is considering OTHER FORMS
of taxation at a time
when many buildings especially condominium
towers (Just look up and around.) are being built that will INCREASE
the City's TAX BASE.
Meanwhile, the federal and provincial governments are reporting
record
budget surpluses.
Besides an INCREDIBLY *BLOATED* POLICE FORCE, what's
the problem?
Let's start by LOOKING at who is getting the City of Toronto
CONTRACTS:
Bay Street organized crime?
What percentage goes to American companies or Canadians
companies that are owned by American companies?
NOBODY! SEEMS TO KNOW.
Why NOT?
The City Auditor has just said that the City of Toronto is paying
24%
EXTRA ON CITY CONTRACTS: do those "PADDED"
amounts include bribes to City
officials?
Clearly, the fiancial affairs of the City of Toronto are "SHADY".
Who's responsible?
The Mayor and City councillors.
Why keep Torontonians in THE DARK regarding the financial
matters of City Hall.
Can Torontonians have faith in their municipal government if
it continually acts behind closed doors?
NO!
THE SOLOUTION is 100% CLEAN
GOVERNMENT advocated
by Égalité Party of
Canada, the ÉPC.
Torontonians can support it and join it (Lifetime membership
is
ONLY $2.) OR continue to PAY MORE! and MORE! TAXES as
Bay street organized crime, the Toronto Police, and the Hells
Angels have their way.
For things to turn around Torontonian need to know where the
their municipal tax $$$ are going.
The former prime minister, the Right Honourable Joe
Clark,
wanted
to give Canadians GREATER ACCESS to Govern-
ment information in order to counter
*intransigent* GOVERN-
MENT SECRECY.
With the Égalité Party of Canada governing,
Canadians will
have 100% ACCESS to Government information at ALL!
levels of Government so they can police the
Government
spending themselves: that is why THE SLOGAN of the
É(eh)PC is POWER 2 THE PEOPLE!
The END RESULT will be 100% CLEAN (DEcriminalized)
Government with LOTS OF MONEY to go around for all
sorts of social programs that will strengthen the
economy
while keeping tax rates steady.
The EH!-revolution is about putting THE POWER
into the
hands
of THE PEOPLE so they can take charge of their
Government and make their Government run in THEIR!
BEST INTEREST.
Canada's TAXATION is SO ONEROUS that it is having
a
NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE BIRTH RATE as Canadians
think twice about having children because a family needs
to earn $70,000 a year - at least - in order to be able to
afford a home and THE MAJORITY OF CANADIAN
FAMILIES CANNOT AFFORD A HOME as they do NOT
earn enough $$$.
The end result is MORE! immigration.
STOP! THE BLEEDING of the taxpayer so taxpayers
can afford a home and look forward towards a brighter
future by GIVING the Government THE FINGER by NOT!
voting.
Clearly, the Government spending is OUT OF CONTROL,
abusive, pernicious, and
toxic making Canadians poorer
by reducing the per capita income in Canada which means
Canadians have LESS and LESS $$$ to spend because
of BAD! Government.
Just yesterday, Toronto City Council passed - swiftly and
secretively -
a VERY LUCRATIVE contract for the Toronto
Firemen.
Is this not a CLASSIC CASE of SYSTEM CRONIES looking
after *FELLOW* SYSTEM CRONIES?
STOP! THIS NONSENSE .
*DON'T* vote.
JOIN and/or SUPPORT the ÉPC
for a BETTER! life.
