WISHFUL THINKING: Ukaine loses nothing and ends up joining NATO. (Ha! Ha!)  

Russia does NOT want a war with NATO, but NATO wants a war with Russia in order to dismantle the largest country in the world

NATO arms the Ukraine seriously impoverishing their poplutaions, but they doN'T want China to arm Russia.

Petro Poroshenko understood clearly MOSCOW'S POSITION: he just had to comply with its wish for the Ukraine
to NOT join NATO when in 2014 at the last minute it decided NOT to join the EU.
