The Bloomberg guy's overall assessment of Pelosi's visit to Taiwan was two (2) words: "good job". WHAT?!! GOOD JOB? You're KIDDING ME. WHAT FANTASY WORLD ARE THE AMERICANS LIVING IN? This was ALL ABOUT PISSING CHINA OFF! AGAIN! Her visit was AN UNNECESSARY PROVOCATION. Taiwan, historically, has "always" been part of China and therefore, belongs to China. Chiang Kai-shek retreat to Taiwan did NOT CHANGE THAT FACT IN THE LEAST, OLDMAN Biden said - a few days ago - the U.S.A. will defend Taiwan. By the time they get around to doing that, it will be TOO LATE! The U.S.A. knows this. They will then resort to saying AFTER THE FACT: "it was OVER SO FAST we had "NO TIME" TO DEFEND Taiwan as promised - but we meant to. (Ha! Ha!) Right! The U.S.A KNOWS "FULL WELL" that A SHOWDOWN between China + Taiwan would be OVER IN A MATTER OF HOURS: NOT days, NOT months, but HOURS! The days of the U.S.A. defending Japan + South Korea + Taiwan are OVER! And, they know it. BUT PLAYING THE DEFENSE CARD in that part of the Pacific allows them to justify THEIR HUGE MILITARY BUILD-UP in process as the U.S. MILITARY shift their focus towards China. South Korea + Japan + Taiwan ARE BEING PLAYED "THE FOOLS" by Uncle Sam who is OUT TO KILL AS MANY ASIANS AS POSSIBLE using LIMITED NUCLEAR WARFARE + that includes South Koreans + Japanese + Taiwanese. THE U.S. Gov't ADMINISTRATION believes there are TOO MANY PEOPLE on planet earth + THE AMERICANS doN'T like Asians: THE SOLUTION is limited nuclear warfare to KILL AS MANY ASIANS AS POSSIBLE. HOW CAN South Korea + Japan + Taiwan possibly believe that the U.S.A will keep its commitment to protect them? TO PREVENT THIS "BLOODBATH KILLING" OF ASIANS, North - South KOREAN UNITY has to be "THE" PRIORITY FOR THE REGION. With KOREAN UNITY there would be NO VALID EXCUSE for THE U.S. MILITARY to remain in the region. RIGHT NOW, THEY'RE "THE BIGGEST" THREAT to peace + security in the region for NOT ONLY China + North Korea, but, ALSO, for South Korea + Japan + Taiwan, their allies. (Ha! Ha!) THE SOUTH KOREANS bear THE BLAME FOR THIS MESSY SITUATION as they have been dragging their feet on North-South Korea unity while North Korea has, clearly, demonstrated THAT IT IS "VERY MUCH IN FAVOUR" OF KOREAN UNITY on favourable terms, of course, to North Korea. When I asked my South Korean friends at Carleton University in Ottawa in 1997 when Korean unity would be achieved: they said WITHIN 10 YEARS WITH CHINA'S HELP. So why is there NO UNITY - yet? WHOSE FAULT is it? THE AMERICANS. THE AMERICANS have actively been acting as THE WEDGE between North + South Korea. THE AMERICANS know Korean unity means NO WAR, NO DEAD ASIANS. That is NOT WHAT THEY'RE AIMING FOR. THE AMERICANS WANT WAR! They've had A LOT OF PRACTICE in Libya + Iraq + Afghanistan + Syria: ALL ILLEGAL, UNJUSTIFIED WARS.
