U.S. FOREIGN POLICY HAS NEVER CHANGED: it's GOAL is ALWAYS WORLD DOMINATION (a SUBSET of that is to 
have its way "IN ALL THINGS" which was THE MAIN REASON for the creation CIA death squads in Latin America 
aimed at killing union leaders, journalists, priests like Archbishop Oscar Romero of El Salvador + politicians who 
were fighting for democracy + justice).

Consequently, U.S. FOREIGN POLICY has always been a "shadows and mirrors" approach that does NOT have to 
make any sense as when we saw Secretary of State Colin Powell's SUPER CRAZY United Nations PRESENTATION 
of two (2) trailer trucks as PROOF (Ha! Ha!) of Iraqi arms of mass destruction for the USA was going to go to war 
over when the U.S. sanctions were already "incredibly effective" in DEBILITATING IRAQ resulting in the deaths
of a high number of children.

AT THAT POINT all the nations of the UN + world media "should have" DENOUNCED THE PRESENTATION saying 
THE AMERICANS SAYING THEY HAVE TO BE COMPLETELY CRAZY to go to war over that: two (2) trailer trucks.

THE "OTHER" ASPECT OF U.S. FOREIGN POLICY is bald-face COERCION: they use it on ALL THEIR ALLIES. It's 
an effective MIND CONTROL MECHANISM reforcing the belief that the USA is THE BOSS + YOU LISTEN TO THE
BOSS.
