I was surprized, when she became PM. Before the war, Truss visited Russia and met with their Foreign Affairs Minister, Lavrov. During their meeting Lavrov had asked Truss if she recognised Russian sovereignty over Rostov and Voronezh regions. Truss replied that Britain would never recognise them as Russian. Actually these regions were Russian.
I tought, what an incompetent diplomat.

TALKING OFF THE TOP OF HER HEAD. (Ha! Ha!) Like all leaders of British Commonwealth countries she is A PUPPET OF THE BACKROOM BOYS who prefer Prime Ministers be STUPID so they can keep the upper hand. Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau (CANADA'S GREATEST CANADIAN who kept Canada together at a time when the separatists - backed by France + the USA - wanted to tear it apart) caused them all sorts of headaches in his game of "you want this, THEN give me this." When he announced his resignation, many Senators in the Senate Chamber where I was a Chief Page were JUMPING UP + DOWN with excitement upon hearing the February news. :D NOW, THAT IS PROOF POSITIVE OF THE GREATNESS OF THIS MAN who hand TWO (2) VERY LONG LINES STRECHING ALL THE WAY DOWN THE STREET "in utter silence" who came to pay their respect before his coffin was closed + sent to Quebec.
