President Putin refers to the Americans as "our U.S. partners". HE'S VERY GRACIOUS. :D It is IMPORTANT TO NOTE that the Gov't of China and the Gov't of Russia go out of their way TO MAKE THE POINT they 'want' to be friends with the USA. What does the U.S. Gov't do: PAINT THEM AS BAD GUYS - over and over again. You have TO QUESTION THE SANITY OF THE AMERICANS. (Ha! Ha!) From THE LONG STANDING CANADIAN PERSPECTIVE the Americans 'are' CRAZY. Given my experience, I have to second that 100% after giving the Americans the benefit of the doubt - for so long. The USA insists in living IN A PSYCHOTIC BUBBLE of its own making. (Ha! Ha!) EVERYBODY is learning to WORK AROUND THEM. Meanwhile, the U.S. dollar is falling. Had the Americans ensured that the U.N. worked by cooperating with the nations of the world , it would NOT have incurred ITS HUGE DEBT due to 'unnecessary', 'unjustified' wars since the 1990s which involved NATO countries. You would think they should have known better, but NO! THE END RESULT is China and Russia are doing WELL and the NATO countries, NOT! The countries that are going to SUFFER THE WORST from the global economic contraction in the coming decades are THE NATO COUNTRIES which will need foreign investment from China, but WON'T GET. :D Ken, Toronto, Canada
