With jobs, employers can offer the necessary training. 

THE FRAMEWORK IN THIS, however is THIS: there is NO DEMOCRACY as NO COUNTRY has 100% financial transparency 
in governmental affairs. EVERYTHING in the "so-called" FREE-WORLD is run by CROOKS including THE MILITARY.  AND 
governments are BLOATED creating THE 'INTENDED" PERFECT ENVIRONMENT for crime to THRIVE!

THE RICH (the elited) think this is fine UNTIL THEIR CURRENCY COMES CLOSE TO WORTHLESS: the is the route of the
 EURO, the POUND, the U.S. DOLLAR.

Those guys are going to see A STEEP REDUCTION in their NET WORTH - MANY GOING BROKE!

THE BLAME: GOV'T CORRUPTION supported by A NAIVE PUBLIC + "rigged" elections (It's A PROBLEM now in Canada.
