You'd think that THE GERMANS WOULD HAVE TAKEN NOTE: NOT AT ALL! Had there been NO NATO, Germany would NOT BE ON THE BRINK OF FINANCIAL RUIN. The one good thing, I can say, about the German's intelligence apparatus, though, is this: they may NOT BE SMART, but, like the Japanese, they have VERY BEAUTIFUL, TALL WOMEN. (Ha! Ha!)
