What member of the EU has that?

This is A "FAKE" OUTCRY to make the member states of the EU "look" legitimate, that's all. 

NATO IS THE BEST EXAMPLE of how illegitimate the EU states are: NATO exists BECAUSE of the bribes + kickbacks.  

There is NO JUSTIFICATION for it when China + Russia "repeatedly" have said their military is for defensive purposes. 

Europe is NOT FACED WITH ANY THREAT OF WAR. 

So WHY does NATO exist?
