In a global, "contracting" economy where DEMAND is going to be *falling* - for years to come - is UTTER MADNESS. The Americans are ANGRY because they *CANNOT* RULE THE WORLD: they're MAD! China is ENCOURAGING ECONOMIC GROWTH AROUND THE WORLD increasing the GDPs OF MANY NATIONS whose GDPs are enjoying A STRONG POSITIVE TREND - since year 2000. The global economy needs ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET. China, to *ITS* GREAT CREDIT is DOING MORE THAN ITS PART in "solidifying" the global economy making it THE FRIEND OF THE WORLD. With the USA, it's THE absolute REVERSE: it's out to INFLICT HARM AS MUCH AS POSSIBE ON NATIONS IT ESPECIALLY DOESN'T LIKE WITH SANCTIONS like North Korea, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, ... . The USA is obviously *NOT* OUT to make friends. (My boss at the National Defence Headquarters, Colonel Brown, [who spent two (2) years in the USA] told me that the USA has NO FRIENDS, just INTERESTS.) China, [A GREAT (if NOT "the" MAJOR) BENEFACTOR FOR SMALL/WEAK NATIONS], is out to MAKE FRIENDS. China wants TO OPEN UP to the world (i.e. to be FRIENDS with everyone) whereas the USA "persists" to be AT WAR WITH THE WORLD. In other words, the USA  has A "HOSTILE" MINDSET whereas China (like Russia) has AN OPEN + FRIENDLY MINDSET. [Incidentally, THE "MOST" IMPORTANT THING I learned working nine (9) years in the Senate of Canada was THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING FRIENDS. :D] ON THE GLOBAL STAGE, THE WINNER - THE ONE WITH A "WINNING" STRATEGY FOR THE GLOBAL ECONOMY - IS by far CHINA + clearly, THE LOSER is, GUESS WHO?
