He should have reported HONESTLY IN A VERY SYSTEMATIC, EASY TO UNDERSTAND WAY 
on the progress his plan was making + the remedical action that he was planning on taking 
to KEEP IT ON COURSE.

It was A JOKE.

PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD wanted to know: HAVE THE AMERICANS LOST THEIR MIND?

NOTHING Biden said or did allayed their fears.

THE ANSWER to that question, given THE DISARRAY OF HIS STATE OF THE UNION SPEECH, 
is YES!

This means countries will be seeking TO UNLOAD THE U.S. DOLLAR + U.S. TREASURY BILLS 
whose VALUE IS MORE IN DOUBT THAN EVER.

To counter that, the Federal Reserve has to INCREASE THE INTEREST RATE: that seems to be 
working, NOW, in the short term, BUT NOT in the long term.

The FATE OF THE USA is temporarily in the hands of the Federal Reserve.

THINGS WILL proably BEGINE "TO BOTTOM OUT" by mid-June with AN "UNSTOPABLE"  FALLING 
U.S. DOLLAR +THE ADMISSION by the U.S. Gov't that it's SIGNIFICANTLY "SHORT" MONEY.

NOT good news for AMERICANS nor THE REST OF THE WORLD as this will accelerate THE
DECLINE OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY.

THE STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS "clearly" reveals THE AMERICANS (the U.S. Gov't in particular)
have NO CLUE how "precarious" THEIR SITUATION REALLY IS taking A HAPPY TIMES TONE
APPROAOCH because they haveN'T been "forced" to face the music - yet.

THE TONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF "GRAVITY" + THE WORLD would have been relieved
believing the USA "might" turn things around.

We, now know, given Biden's FARCECAL DELIVERY it's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

THE WORLD HAS TO BRACE FOR THE WORST: a "sharply" declining global economy that relies 
"totally" on China for eocnomic growth.
