Subject: Robert Marleau,
________
Canada's Interim Privacy Commissioner

Hi Shane (Mr. Shick),

Subject: "After Radwanski", September 20th 2003
________ItBusiness Article, http://www.itbusiness.ca

About Robert Marleau, Canada's Interim Privacy Commissioner, what do
we know
about him?

Is he NOT a former committee clerk from the House of Commons known
for whining
and kissing up to the Government?

For me, it's just ANOTHER "PATRONAGE" APPOINTMENT that does NOT
make sense.

As a former 9-year Senate of Canda employee who singlehandedly got
the Public Service
Alliance of Canada on Parliament Hll and saw "a lot",
his "appointment" makes me
QUEAZY.

And about the Leader of the Provincial Liberal Party putting the emphasis
on
Education and Health, ALL our hospitals and post-secondary institutions
are
"CLOSED SHOPS" and "crooked beyond your wildest imagination" -- in
my opinion --
and run by freemasons who run the all levels of are Government
like in any
British Commonwealth nation. Even the judges and Crown Attorneys
are freemasons,
so guess who doesN'T go to jail?

Is Mr. McGuinty going to take on the freemasons, these bureaucratic
gangsters?
What do you think? :-D

Or is he going to "pretend" to be doing something by just adding more
money into
the freemasonic bureaucratic funnel and having it "trickle
down"?

Do you realize that any student attending university/college has NO
IDEA how
much money is coming into the program/department/faculty
from public/private
research grants and what the details of those
arrangements are, nor does s/he
can find out how much each
professor is paid, so s/he can decide for him/herself
if s/he is
being OVERBILLED on the tuition side of things?

Shane, it's ONE VERY, VERY "DIRTY, DIRTY" SYSTEM - in my view.

And what is SO SAD, LOOK AT WHO IS GETTING STIFFED:
the poor, the students, the
disabled, the mentally challenged,
the elderly.

In fact, the money we give a single welfare recipient contravenes
the Canadian
Criminal Code, Article 228, Criminal Negligence,
Killing of the Mind and Article 7
(Government promises to look
after our security.) and Article 12 (The Government
promises
to keep us from cruel and unusal punishment.) of the Canadian
Charter
of Rights and Freedoms.

If I need to go on Welfare, I get $500 dollars a month, if I "qualify",
and my
rent is $630: that does NOT make sense, does it?

Plus, the Government does NOT respect the "duality" of
our Canadian
Constitution in that ONLY ONE PROVINCE
is bilingual.

Consequently, the Government does NOT RESPECT
THE RULE OF LAW and is
ILLEGITIMATE until it does
so.

Why?

Because we ALWAYS had CROOKED GOVERNMENT as far
as I'm concerned.

Canadians in my opinion are OVERTAXED NEEDLESSLY, pay
USER FEES NEEDLESSLY,
while bureaucratics look after
themselves profiting from raises, perks, kickbacks, bribes,
etc.

And is the Press talking about all this? NO! Because we have
a DIRTY PRESS: so
much for them being THE WATCHDOG OF
DEMOCRACY, eh?

But my Party plans to turn that around: that's the GOOD NEWS. :-D

Best wishes,

Kenneth Selin

Let's DEcriminalize Government: at ALL levels!

P.S.: Just as Mr. Marleau was leaving his position as "head honcho"
of the House
of Commons Committee Clerks, I was applying for a
job with his office and the
tests I did for the House of Commons Clerk
jobs, I had already done previously -- 20
YEARS AGO! I couldn't
believe it. Talk about FISHY! I learned, when it's the
Government,
to pinch your nose in order
to NOT smell the STENCH. (Ha! Ha!)
~~~
P.P.S.: Do you "honestly think" Canada's next privacy commissioner
really has a
chance of being a hero? Honestly? (Ha! Ha!) (I'm afraid,
I suspect -- as things
stand -- it will be the "SAME OLD, SAME OLD"
dipping into the public trough by yet
another public official who has
mastered the FINE ART of "WHINING AND KISSING UP"
to a
"CROOKED" Government that feels safe/smug in the assurance/
knowledge that it
woN'T be challenged -- bit in the ass -- by the
NEW Privacy Commissioner.
Anyways -- rightly or wrongly -- that's
how I see it.) :-D
