new Disneyesque *FANTASY* budget fixes ZIP!" says the É(eh)PC President/Party Leader Lied? ==== Prime Minister Harper prorogued Parliament so he'd have time supposedly to recalibrate things in order to deal with a WEAK ECONOMY and he serves up this status quo "business as usual" LET'S PRETEND EVERYTHING IS FINE budget. Did he lie AGAIN? NO-Fix ====== It fixes ZIP! For the poor, it does NOTHING! For the 1.6+ MILLION jobless, there is NOTHING! They can look forward to subsistence social assistance, but only after they've depleted their savings+ sold their assets. With theÉ(eh)PC social assistance levels will be DOUBLED+AUTOMATIC once there is no more employment insurance. Plus, it won't be necessary to deplete savings+sell assets. (By the way, only those who became jobless after January 3rd 2010 are eligible for the EI extensions.) For those who worry about daycare, NOTHING! Cosmetics ======== FREEZING Gov't budgets+MPs salaries (except for the military) does LITTLE to reduce Gov't spending. TheÉ(eh)PC intends to reduce Gov't salaries by 20%+to cut the number of Gov't employees by 50% by combining Gov't services where possible+ getting rid of useless Gov't agencies+departments. (There are 200+.) Gov't departments will be recognized to the extent that there is $$$ remaining in their budgets at the end of the fiscal year. LOGICAL ============ To MAKE MATTERS WORSE the Gov't will give CORPORATIONS $47 BILLION in TAX BREAKS over the next four (4) years when it's small business that creates 80% of the jobs. And what did the 2009 budget solve? NOTHING! Are we going forward or BACKWARDS? According to theÉ(eh)PC it's BACK TO THE PAST+ therefore, it's A BAD! MOVE IN THE WRONG! DIRECTION. OUTSTANDING Problems ===================== 1. Hell's Angels (backed by the CIA) have taken over possibly 28 municipalities including their Police forces starting with the City of Toronto. (CSIS+the RCMP are NOT UPSET by this. Can you imagine that? Are they USELESS or what?) 2. a BILLION $$$ network of full-time undercover cops use entrapment to put the poor+homeless in jail via summary convictions often with a Justice of the Peace. The is NO legislation that allows for these undercover cops. THEY OPERATE IN TOTAL ILLEGALITY. They are DRAGNETS FOR our monkey JUDICIAL SYSTEM that *artificially* increases its conviction rates every year in order to increase the demand for more cops, judges+prisons. Consequently, Canada is a paradise for criminals according to theÉ(eh)PC. 4. BAY STREET ORGANIZED CRIME bribe GOV'T MAFIOSI to get Gov't OVERPRICED! contracts in the opinion of the É(eh)PC. 5. the Hells Angels turn municipalities they run into DRUG HAVENS+make sure that the US gets as many contracts as possible at the expense of Canadian businesses. The City of Toronto is a case in point. That is what the CIA does. It maximizes the number of US contracts in foreign countries by hook+by crook+they are doing it right here in Canada. 6. Seaton House, and the city block on both sides of George Street where Seaton House is located is THE EYE OF THE DRUG STORM in North America. On the 4th Floor where I reside, there are the following images painted stylistically on the walls that appeal to African-Americans: Barack Obama, Henry Kissinger, Bob Marley, Jimmy Hendricks, Mother Theresa, Bat Man+Bugs Bunny (NOT ONE Canadian) because the people running Seaton House are CIA African- Americans in my view. Plus, we have a dozen or so RCMP guys, a dozen or CSIS guys, +a large contingent of undercover cops many of whom have another place of residence in Toronto. Then, there are a whole crew of DRUG MULES that are assigned a drug route that they are responsible for with their backpacks like Santa Clause+then, there are some homeless people like myself. The cops+intelligence guys are WILLING ACCESSORIES to the HEAVY DRUG TRAFFICKING that goes on at Seaton House. TheÉ(eh)PC intends to turn Seaton House into a parking lot and the city block on either side of George St. into a social housing complex. TheÉ(eh)PC intends also to replace ALL! Police State Gov't and canNOT judge if they are being fairly taxed. Worse, IT clearly IS ABOUT *MILKING* THE TAXPAYER. The MPs want to avoid an election so they can GET PAID TO DO NOTHING! This turns Parliament into a charade.
