First Nation Band Council *Corruption*: a KEY INSTRUMENT in the Canadian

The Gov't of Canada seems to encourage the band chiefs + council members
to look after themselves just like Canadian gov't officials look after
themselves.
[The situation in Kahnawake (Mohawk reserve straddling New York State +
Quebec)
was a little bit more involved, but pretty much the same thing.]
The =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada is proposing a 3-part SOLUTION
to 1st Nation communities.
Part A: General Response

THE SOLUTION *EVERYWHERE* IS THE SAME: "everyone" needs to know *WHO*
are the persons making the financial decisions + *WHO* who are the persons
(or entities)
benefiting from them. (It is important to look into the possibility of
bribes + kick-backs from
those receiving contracts from the Bands.)
Thee community needs to first look at HOW MUCH $$$ the Band Council starts
with.
Then, it needs to look at HOW + WHY it is being spent.
"EVERYBODY" in the community NEEDS TO KNOW THIS.
THE KEY is have outside "at arms length" ACCOUNTANTS - 3rd party accountant=
s
- who
are "100% independent" and not beholding to the Band Council ASSESS THE
BOOKS + COMMENT on the recording keeping that has been done to date.
Ironically, THIS SITUATION seems to have been "INTENTIONALLY" CREATED BY
OTTAWA
in order to *DISCREDIT* the 1st Nations demand for SELF-GOVERNMENT (autonom=
y
in their own affairs)so that Ottawa can make the claim that Band Councils
are so "inept" + "financially incompetent" that the notion of
self-government "in reality" is ludicrous.
What the Gov't has done is put in place a VERY SMART, sophisticated passive
GENOCIDE POLICY that ensures 10% of 1st Nation Peoples (especially the
educated professionals) get decent paying jobs so that *THE SYSTEM* WORKS
FOR THEM while humiliating the remaining 90%, most of whom live on
*RESERVES* or in institutions like JAILS + SHELTERS.
Those living on the reserves live in degrading conditions like caged animal=
s
in a zoo thanks to the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs who keeps
them on a *VERY SHORT* LEASH.
Not only is the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs 100% responsible
for their living conditions, it AUTORIZATION is REQUIRED (mandatory) FOR
EVERYTHING (even when it comes to adding something like a window).
The Department of Indian and Northern Affairs - more often than not - will
oblige A WHOLE COMMUNITY to have ONLY ONE COMMUNAL TAP and will place the
OUT-TAKE (sewage)
PIPE close (not that far from) to the IN-TAKE (drinking water) PIPE obligin=

the community to boil its water.
THE SITUATION *STINKS*: ONLY THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA IS TO BLAME. Canadian=

At Nassau Lake (30 miles west of Hearst, Northern Ontario -smack in the
middle of the Trans-Canada Highway), a lumber camp, where President/Party

close doors - in secret just like the Government of Canada) and EFFECTIVEL=

KILLING THE COMMUNITY'S CHANCES OF
LONG-TERM survival.
Technically, THE WHOLE COMMUNITY should have THE FINAL SAY in ALL Band
Council DECSIONS for two basic reasons: one, in order to ensure GOOD
DECISIONS are made and
two, in order to ensure that THE FUTURE OF THEIR COMMUNITY IS *NOT*

Within one generation (perhaps two) this *well-thought-out* VERY NASTY

educated professionals) get decent paying jobs so that *THE SYSTEM* WORKS
FOR THEM while humiliating the remaining 90%, most of whom live on
*RESERVES* or in institutions like JAILS + SHELTERS.
Those living on the reserves live in degrading conditions like caged animal=

in a zoo thanks to the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs who keeps
them on a *VERY SHORT* LEASH.
Not only is the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs 100% responsible
for their living conditions, it AUTORIZATION is REQUIRED (mandatory) FOR
EVERYTHING (even when it comes to adding something like a window).
The Department of Indian and Northern Affairs - more often than not - will
oblige A WHOLE COMMUNITY to have ONLY ONE COMMUNAL TAP and will place the

Yesterday, after 30 minutes or using sidewalk chalk to write eh-ok.ca on th=

next to the curb by the lineup for Toronto Film Festival 07 tickets at the
ROM (Royal
Ontario Museum) at the side entrance off Bloor Street FOUR! fire trucks
preceded by
the Fire Chief's car and followed by two panel trucks carrying 20 some
Firemen parked
next to the curb where he was. They asked hi what he was doing and he asked
them
what they were doing. They said that they got a call that someone was using
chalk on
the sidewalk. Then 20 some Firemen included a very aggressive women started
heckling
him. She said: "You're from Ottawa, aren't you?" Another said the he was
suffering from
paranoia. etc. After being told by the President/Party Leader of the =C9gal=
it=E9
Party of Canada
that he would use any incident they wanted to create to give the City of
Toronto a black
eye, the Police Chief came up and whispered that they were there to do a
fire inspection of
the ROM.
For the City of Toronto to send *SYSTEM CRONIES* from the Fire Department t=
o
intimidate a
political leader is clearly off the wall POLITICAL MADNESS according to the
President/Party
Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada.
SLAVE! wages, EXORBITANT! college/university tuition fees, ABUSIVE!
taxation, PPP (Public
Private Partnerships) - whose negotiators are criminal - (in the opinion of
the President/Party
Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada) that GUARANTEES! the private own=
ers
(members
of Bay Street organized crime) a MINIMUM annual 15%! while the TAXPAYERS
assume ALL
THE RISK! When the Attoney General refuses to go after Bay Street organized
crime like his
predessors, while the Toronto Police just added 137 recruits to the Police
Force who are
"intellectually deficient" and wants another 200 of THE SAME. And the
Minister of Finance of
Canada has put money aside to hire 1000 EXTRA cops across Canada while
the other Police
Forces try to increase their DEPLOYMENT NUMBERS TO THE MAXIMUM AT THE
TAXPAYERS'
EXPENSE when CRIME is at an all time 30-year LOW. This constitutes SERIOUS
ABUSE
OF THE PUBLIC PURSE and is most definitely POLITICAL MADNESS according to
the
President/Party Leader of the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada.
Especially because the =C9galit=E9 Party of Canada suspects that the Cimin=
al
Court System
via summary convictions (without the benefit of jury) with often FALSE,
MISLEADING,
and INACCURATE DISCLOSURE REPORTS (as when the Government took the

Hi!
My name is Ken Selin (say'leen) and I'm the President and Party Leader of North
America's REVOLUTIONARY PARTY, the Égalité Party of Canada.
This is a North American party because it wants to establish itself
not only in Canada, but also in Mexico and in the U.S.A. It encourages
everyone in North America to GIVE the Government THE FINGER by NOT
voting - unless they're voting for the Égalité Party.
The Égalité Party intends to give the PEOPLE the POWER to take charge
of the Government. This is the Eh! Revolution. The EH! Revolution is
about redistributing the wealth so that EVERY-ONE can have A BETTER
LIFE.
Within the context of the Eh! Revolution the Égalite Party has three
(3) "basic" goals.
The FIRST goal is to decriminalize the Government.
This is achieved
by "outlawing" Freemasons in the Government,
by making un-necessary government expenditures "illegal",
by giving government auditors police enforcement powers, and
by instituting an Internet-based government that the People can police
themselves.
The SECOND goal is to end poverty so that the Poor can be productive.
This is achieved
by raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour,
by offering FREE! post-secondary education along with forgivable
post-secondary student loans, and
by DOUBLING current social assistance levels within the context of a
monthly guaranteed revenue plan.
The THIRD goal is to redesign Government so that its NUMBER ONE
PRIORITY is small business.
This is achieved
by providing FREE places with FREE kiosks where people can offer their
products and services TAX FREE. (For those products and services that
TAKE OFF the Government will help in - their - promotion BOTH
nationally and internationally.)

Hi!
My name is Ken Selin (say'leen) and I'm the President and Party Leader of North
America's REVOLUTIONARY PARTY, the Égalité Party of Canada.
This is a North American party because it wants to establish itself
not only in Canada, but also in Mexico and in the U.S.A. It encourages
everyone in North America to GIVE the Government THE FINGER by NOT
voting - unless they're voting for the Égalité Party.
The Égalité Party intends to give the PEOPLE the POWER to take charge
of the Government. This is the Eh! Revolution. The EH! Revolution is
about redistributing the wealth so that EVERY-ONE can have A BETTER
LIFE.
Within the context of the Eh! Revolution the Égalite Party has three
(3) "basic" goals.
The FIRST goal is to decriminalize the Government.
This is achieved
by "outlawing" Freemasons in the Government,
by making un-necessary government expenditures "illegal",
by giving government auditors police enforcement powers, and
by instituting an Internet-based government that the People can police
themselves.
The SECOND goal is to end poverty so that the Poor can be productive.
This is achieved
by raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour,
by offering FREE! post-secondary education along with forgivable
post-secondary student loans, and
by DOUBLING current social assistance levels within the context of a
monthly guaranteed revenue plan.
The THIRD goal is to redesign Government so that its NUMBER ONE
PRIORITY is small business.
This is achieved
by providing FREE places with FREE kiosks where people can offer their
products and services TAX FREE. (For those products and services that
TAKE OFF the Government will help in - their - promotion BOTH
nationally and internationally.)
These three (3) goals aim to have A CLEAN, PEOPLE-DIRECTED GOVERNMENT
whose objective is TO HELP "THE PEOPLE" in general, but "more
specifically" to help them create their own small businesses.
YOU! CAN HELP by NOT VOTING - "unless" for a member of the Égalité
Party of Canada.
